Mixed-Up S’mores

Make s’mores even more exciting by swapping the traditional
ingredients with these fun flavors.

  • Use thin, crisp chocolate chip cookies instead of graham
    crackers
  • Try lemon shortbread with white chocolate and strawberry
    marshmallow
  • Start with iced oatmeal cookies, then add bittersweet
    chocolate and marshmallow
  • Sandwich your marshmallow between two butter waffle cookies
    and add Reese’s cups
  • For a refreshing take, try Andes chocolate mints with
    chocolate graham crackers and marshmallow

Hot s’mores fresh from the campfire are a classic. But adding
them to cool, creamy ice cream lets you enjoy the chocolate,
graham and marshmallow combo with a totally different texture
and temperature sensation.

S’mores Dessert Waffles make waffles even more wonderful by
mixing graham cracker crumbs right into the batter, and topping
them with chocolate sauce and mini marshmallows.

S’mores Snack Mix

Give standard snack mix a sweet s’mores twist with chocolate
chips and mini marshmallows.

Ingredients:

4 cups graham cereal (Golden Grahams)

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup salted cocktail peanuts

Preparation:

Combine all in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container in
a cool, dry place.
