Arsenal transfer news: Thomas Lemar, Moussa Dembele, Alvaro Morata, Alexis Sanchez, Virgil van Dijk

ARSENAL are preparing to make three big money attacking
signings to replace Alexis Sanchez.

Plus they plan to battle it out with Liverpool for Virgil van
Dijk.

Here are the latest Arsenal transfer rumours…

Arsenal are eying up Thomas Lemar, Moussa Dembele
AND Alvaro Morata to replace Alexis Sanchez
according to various reports in the UK and Europe.

After Sanchez declared he wants to play Champions League
football and continues to stall on signing a new contract,
Arsenal are preparing for the worst-case scenario by bolstering
their attacking options.

Sanchez has been quoted by Chile’s Radio Sport stating: “I have made my decision, but now
the decision has to be taken by Arsenal.

“It depends on them. I have to wait to know what they want. My
idea is to play and win the Champions League. It’s a dream I
have had since I was little.”

The Daily Star reports coach Arsene Wenger “will turn
to” Celtic’s Dembele should the Chilean depart.

Dembele, 21, is rated at £30m ($50m) and would serve as an
option for the future.

He scored 17 league goals for Celtic last season, 31 goals in
all competitions, and would allow the Gunners to cash in on a
£50m ($84m) offer for Sanchez who is in the final year of his
contract.

But that wouldn’t be Arsenal’s business done.

The Sun reports French attacker Thomas Lemar has
“demanded” Monaco allow him to move to the Premier League
giants.

Arsenal have reportedly made three separate bids for Lemar, the
highest of which was £45m ($75m).

But the kicker would be if Arsenal can sign Dembele, Lemar and
Morata.

According to Don Balon in Spain, Wenger is ready to
swoop for the striker after his move to Manchester United
collapsed.

Morata had been strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford,
and later to Chelsea, but Real Madrid’s £90m ($150m) asking
price proved to be a sticking point.

Should Arsenal be able to negotiate that down, Morata would be
another strong attacking option to make up for the loss of
Sanchez.

Meanwhile, The Express reports Arsenal are planning a
£45m ($75m) bid for Southampton defender Virgil van
Dijk.

The Dutch defender has been linked with a move
to Liverpool, and now Everton, while Manchester City and
Chelsea have shown interest.

Despite these talks, Wenger is ready to “swoop” for the
26-year-old.

Finally, The Mirror reports Arsenal are about to
finalise the exit of goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny.

Szczesny, who spent the last two seasons on loan at AS Roma,
will complete an £8m ($13.5m) to Italian giants Juventus where
he is seen as the long term replacement for Gianluigi Buffon.
